My approach is tailored to the individual
• I use a solution focused approach, helping patients to find ways to
move forward as quickly as possible out of their problems
• Where there are unresolved past issues, I help patients to release
repressed emotions and deal with these resourcefully
• I specialise in working with children from the age of about six years,
both one to one and via published or tailor made CDs.
